We reserve the right to change the prices of future membership fees. This does not affect your current annual dues, but future fees may increase. We will notify you of any changes to the fees prior to your membership renewal. We manage direct debit instructions issued on or after May 14, 2017. Spotlight complies with the rules and guidelines of bins (www.bacs.co.uk) and our development bank Natwest. Please note that we cannot always respond to complaints received or information that is disclosed. Spotlight reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership/services for Spotlight members, agents, casting subscribers or casting guests without justification. In the event of termination or refusal of Spotlight membership or subscription after authorization, a full refund is granted. If you sign up for direct debits, you will receive an email confirmation of your direct debit, which will include your notice in important information such as your payment terms. Then, we will contact you up to 30 days before each annual renewal of the membership to remind you when the next payment will take place and to inform you of changes in dues and deduction. The following annual dues begin every 12 months of your membership or renewal date.
We will email you a confirmation of the new period, fees and payment dates. You are contacted annually to confirm that you want your Spotlight membership to continue. If you decide to cancel your Spotlight subscription, your profile will remain available for the last membership extension. Should your Spotlight membership be extinguished, we may endeavor to offer you another chance to re-join and retain the amount of personal and business data necessary to achieve that purpose. . . .
